The Client Notifications screen provides a list of clients enabled in the system. The screen tracks activity for each client such as:
The number of checks to be printed
Whether or not the client has registered for Bank Feeds
Whether accounts are mapped
The date on which each client's Bank Feed was last refreshed (the last import date)
If the client has registered for Digital Checks
If an invoice is pending
If a client has a Merchant Account
This screen provides a powerful tool to enhance your workflow and maximize efficiency by providing insight into, and monitoring of pending and upcoming tasks.
For example, the screen streamlines your Bank Feeds process by enabling you to track the frequency with which Bank Feeds are refreshed for all your clients.
In addition, the screen offers access to the convenient bulk email function that streamlines and logs client communications, and enables you to email multiple clients at once using standard "canned" emails or custom emails you create.
To review client activity on the Client Notifications screen:
Select Client
Center>Client Notifications from the horizontal menu in the
upper right-hand side of the screen to open the Client Notifications
screen.
You can enter a client code or name and click View to limit
the list to one client. However, if you leave that field blank, all
clients are listed.
Reviewing client activity on the Client Notifications screen
allows you to monitor all your clients at once.
To send bulk email, select the clients you want to notify and click the email icon from the action bar at the bottom of the screen. Canned emails available from the Client Notifications screen include emails notifying selected clients:
To upload a Digital Signature
To sign up for Bank Feeds
That the Performance Analysis Report is attached
To set up a Merchant Account
That you are making business funding easier
To send a canned email:
Select the Canned radio button.
Select the subject from the drop-down list in the Select field.
Click Send Email.
To send a custom email:
Select the Custom radio button.
Enter an email code for your reference in the Email Code field.
Enter a subject in the Subject field.
Type the content of your email and click Send Email.
