If a client requires that they approve their own bills instead of allowing you, the accountant, to do so, use the Expenses/Jobs>Client Approval screen available from the Setup menu to enter an email address for up to two clients from whom you need bill payment approval.
Select Require Client Approval to make client approval mandatory. You can require approval from one or both clients specified.
